The face mask is a simple but effective way to protect yourself from a range of bacteria and viruses.
But it is not a permanent solution.
If you have a sore throat or a cold or flu symptoms, you could be on your own.
So how does a face mask work?
When a patient applies it, the foam on the mask is sprayed onto their face, which is then wiped off with a damp cloth.
It is then applied to a sponge to help absorb any water that has been added to the mixture.
If the mask stays on for a while, the bacteria and virus particles that are trapped in the sponge will dissolve and become trapped on the sponge.
This can then be washed off with warm water.
If this is not enough, a sponge is then placed on top of the mask and used to rub the bubbles out of the sponge, allowing the mask to be washed again.
You then put the mask on and let it dry completely, or use it on your forehead for a minute or two to soak up any water.
A sponge that has already been soaked in warm water is then added to a second sponge, this time to mix the two.
This mix is then washed off again, allowing a sponge that is still wet to be added to it again.
Once this is done, the mask can be put on again, and a third sponge is added to seal the mask.
After the third sponge has been placed on, the patient is then allowed to wash their face.
This is done with cold water and an absorbent washcloth, which are then applied on top.
The absorbent wipes are then placed over the mask for a few minutes to make sure the mask has absorbed all the water from the sponge and the bacteria.
This ensures the face mask stays put and doesn’t fall off.
Once it has been soaked, the face is then brushed onto a clean towel.
The sponge is used again, this times to wash off any remaining water.
The mask is then left on for two hours, and the next day, you can rinse it off and put it on again.
The process is repeated until the face and mask are dry.
This will take about an hour.
What should you do if you have trouble getting a mask on?
The answer depends on how you feel.
Some people will not be able or willing to put on a facemask, and are therefore not able to wear it.
This means that you need to be more careful when washing your face and avoid rubbing your face or scalp.
Other people will have to put the face on but may not be comfortable doing so.
If your skin feels tight, you may need to gently stretch your face, using a pillow, a face massage or even a face scrub to ease the tightness.
If it feels uncomfortable, a soft towel is also useful.
In some cases, a hand towel can be used to soak the face, while others will have their face soaked in water for at least 10 minutes.
If both face masks are on, it is best to use a warm water rinse and a towel to wash them off.
A quick dry, lukewarm bath is also a good option.
This should help to prevent any irritation or infections from forming.
The next step is to make a face wash, which can be done with a face soap and water, or with a gentle facial scrub, using the same absorbent wipe that is used for the face.
A gentle facial rinse is also often recommended if the patient has a cold, sore throat, or is having trouble breathing.
This may help to keep your face moisturised and keep your scalp and face soft.
If a face cleanser or mask are not available, then a simple facial scrub can also be used.
It should be a mild cleanser that does not irritate the skin.
A good choice is a moisturiser that contains a moisturising ingredient such as cocoa butter, coconut oil or almond butter.
If these are not in stock, a light moisturiser such as jojoba oil or jojube can be mixed with the same mix as a facial wash to help prevent irritation and make your skin more moisturised.
To help keep your skin warm and smooth, you might consider using a face spray or a moisturizer.
If using a facial scrub or a face moisturiser, make sure that the scrub or moisturiser has a small amount of water in it, to help soak the bacteria off the face as the mask sits on top and does not soak through.
What if you are allergic to bacteria?
You can have an allergic reaction to some of the ingredients in the face masks, and you should use them only if you know what is in them.
If an allergic person uses a face or facial scrub as a face wipe, the skin may become irritated, and that may lead to a reaction, or even skin irritation.
If that happens, the only thing you can do is to wash the face thoroughly, which may be painful.
Some allergic people also have skin reactions when they
